Me and my wife arrived at the hotel, after booking for two nights for a Dubai staycation. When we checked in, Mr. Gerard warmly greeted us and after he found out that it's the first time to visit V hotel, he offered us a room upgrade. And boy, was it an upgrade... we got one of the premium rooms towards the pool side. The room was huge, and really cool and futuristic looking. At night it was very quiet and we did have an excellent sleep. Breakfast was great, a lot of variety for the food. Kudos to the chef who custom made my omlette order, it turned our exactly how I wanted it. We went to the pool complex nearby, and with so many available pools there was no shortage of space. I enjoyed the pool bar as well. Overall the staff was attentive and very friendly, and never had any problem.

部屋は良かったけど最終日チェックアウトの時間に水が出なくなりシャワーを浴びれず2時間ほどタイムロスしました。違う部屋でシャワーを浴びさせてくれましたがそれまでの対応がすごく遅くてフライトギリギリだったらシャワーも浴びれず行かないといけない所でした。殘念！

Очень хороший отель,идеально чисто,еда на шведском столе вкусная и каждый день что-то новое,НО в комнате очень холодно,мы спали под одеялом с головой и все равно мерзли,до сих пор не поняли из-за чего у них так( Вообще отель очень классный,но из-за этих минусов мы вряд ли приедем еще раз,тк для нас они важны Бассейн классный,но он находится на 7 этаже и до 10 и после 16-17 уже солнце заходит за само здание отеля и тень,тоесть позагорать не получится,а это огромный минус.Мы ездили 18 марта и на тот момент была стройка напротив и в бассейне было шумно,но это ничего страшного

Отель достаточно новый, выполнено все из не самых хороших материалов, но чувствуется богатая фантазия дизайнера, она граничит с удобствами в номере. Все очень хорошо продумано! Очень не понравились эти переходы из V в Хилтон, а их будет много (бассейн, еда). От отеля ходит шатл до Дубай Молла и моря. В остальном местоположение так себе. Выходишь и попадаешь на дорогу, если есть ветер, то вообще ужас. В отеле достаточно хорошая территория с бассейном, по сравнению с подобными отелями вокруг. Шоу La Perla от 4х ночей. Еда в отеле от Хилтона, сидишь, как в столовую. Готовят при Вас, соответственно одежда вся пропахнет. Выбор еды неплохой, голодными точно не останетесь, но каких-то излишеств нет. Посадочных мест очень много.

Extremely dangerous hotel! The water pressure in the bathroom is excessively strong, and the floor is extremely slippery with no safety measures in place. This caused me to fall and fracture my nose. To make matters worse, there was no immediate emergency assistance, and the hotel took no responsibility for the incident. When I reported the issue to the front desk, they pretended not to understand me, which further frustrated the situation. This experience has severely affected my impression of hotels in Dubai. Despite clear safety hazards, the hotel refuses to acknowledge any fault. I strongly advise against staying here for your safety! 極其危險的酒店！洗手間水壓非常強，地面非常滑，完全沒有防護措施，導致我摔倒並鼻子骨折。更糟糕的是，酒店沒有提供及時的緊急服務，也不願承擔任何責任。我向前台反映情況時，他們甚至假裝聽不懂，非常不負責任。這次經歷嚴重影響了我對杜拜酒店的印象。即便存在明顯的安全隱患，酒店仍然拒不承認問題。為了您的安全，強烈建議不要入住這家酒店！

horrible , poor quality of the hotel building and the customer service is so bad , after we request of changing the room no one giving any respond at all . Not recommend at all and stay away with this hotel . You can get much better hotel with this pricing
